Sheila moved to the San Diego area in July and currently on a teaching "sabbatical" to deepen her own practice and reconnect with her inspiration to refine her offerings as a healer and teacher. 

Sheila's teaching style blends the graceful movement of vinyasa flow with a strong focus upon principles of anatomical alignment. Her public classes explore creative sequences of poses linked together with deep breath to develop greater stability, strength, flexibility, and clarity in both body and mind. Private sessions tend to the unique needs of an individual, and blend traditional yoga postures with a variety of healing modalities inspired by ayurvedic wisdom, thai massage, myofascial release, primal movement, meditation, breath work, and herbalism.
